The Trattoria Terra Madre is located in an old house with seven trulli. The kitchen has taken the place of the old stable, while the small rooms of the restaurant are located under the cones of the trulli or overlooking the rows. The heart of this project are simple dishes, nourished by the raw materials of the garden, respected even in less invasive cooking. The entire pantry is supplied by local suppliers, who bring fresh bread every day, as well as local cheeses and cured meats.
